Tyler Reber, a student at Manteo High School, helped VIP Pearl Jordan of Beaufort pull in her fish at the Outer Banks Pier. Dozens of students from Dare County schools volunteered their time to help out at the 2007 North Carolina Lions VIP Fishing Tournament.
